Håvard Haukdal joined the Kyoto Group in September 2022. He has an extensive and long experience in Nordic energy and renewable businesses through divisional CFO leadership positions with operational leadership experience in strategy and finance. In addition, he has considerable experience in management consultancy within the renewable industry and has a background in international cross-border management and team building.
Before joining Kyoto Group, Håvard worked for the global aluminium company Norsk Hydro, where he held the divisional CFO role in Hydro’s business area Energy. Additionally, he was part of the leadership team that established Hydro’s Global Shared Services organization. Before Norsk Hydro, Håvard worked for the Nordic renewable company Hafslund and the management consultancy at PwC.
Håvard holds a master’s degree in business and economics from the Norwegian Business School - Handelshøyskolen BI. He also attended the Hydro Executive Programme for strategic leadership, innovation, agility, digital transformation, and Leading change. As well as completed the London Business School classes on “Executing Strategy for Results“.
